The American Red Cross Western New York Region serves 27 counties through vital programs including disaster response, blood collection, lifesaving training, and support for military families. With chapters in Buffalo, Greater Rochester, and the Southern Tier, our region continues the legacy that began with Clara Barton’s first Red Cross chapter in Dansville, NY, delivering hope and help whenever it’s needed most.
