WHO WE ARE
Our vision is to bring Christ to all the world. Our prayer groups are made up of strong Christians, serving God. We are a ministry founded on biblical principles and know believers can do God's work through prayer. We serve God with integrity and compassion for our country, community, people, and the world.
We have established ourselves to help the lost and misguided. We are ministering and serving them with respect, dignity, and love. Our initiative has witnessed spirit transformation when a group of Christians prays to our living lord and savior. Love for our God, love for the country, love for the community, and love for all people are the foundations upon which our prayer initiative is built. Join us in spreading this love.
OUR HISTORY
For the past 13 years, believers from across the Greater Rochester area—and from multiple states—have gathered downtown for the National Day of Prayer.
This has included a beautiful cross-section of the seven spheres of influence:
family, religion, business, education, government, media, and arts & entertainment.
Pastors and Christian leaders from throughout New York and as far away as Florida have stood with us. Our gatherings have also been joined by civic leaders such as the Mayor, County Executive, Sheriff, Police Chiefs, Fire Chiefs, School Superintendents, business leaders, community leaders, and elected and appointed officials.
Even during the COVID-19 pandemic, ministries and believers from across the nation connected with us through Zoom to lift their voices in unified prayer.
Each year we have witnessed the unmistakable presence and favor of God. He has graciously held back rain, snow, and harsh cold—no small miracle for early May in Rochester, NY. As we prepare for the 2026 Regional Gathering, we continue to pray daily, believing God for accommodating weather and His covering over every detail of this historic event.
